Rightly and judiciously following the path to promote education and encourage and boost morale of students, the Goa Hindu Association embarked on the following programmes in pursuit towards this noble cause.

SCHOLARSHIPS to the deserving as well as needy Goan students
These scholarships are distributed from income earned on investment of endowments created by the donors in the memory of their loved ones and also from the Educational Fund of the Association.
Terms & conditions for Scholarship for all Graduates & undergraduates for the students of Goan origin.

• He should be of Goan origin.
• Minimum percentage requirement is 65%.
• Income below Rs.2.50 Lakh & income certificate compulsory.
• Certified mark list of last exam passed.
• Fee receipt or bonafied certificate.
• Compulsory saving bank account.

Note: We do not give scholarship for post graduate courses.

MERIT AWARDS for the Goan students for excellence in studies
These prizes are given from Education Fund of the Association as well as from the endowments from the donors in the memory of their loved ones. These are awarded to the meritorious students of Maharashtra and Goa Boards.

LIBRARY
The Association has full fledged library which is managed by the staff and assisted by the members. The library is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays between 5.30 to 6.30 p.m. The library is updated every year by adding new publications. Every year several books are also donated by the well wishers of the Association.

REFERENCE LIBRARY
Well stocked with books and journals on different subjects particularly related to Goan affairs, for students and research scholars.
